Oversee and execute core duties including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to drive organizational objectives forward. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across departments. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and oversee budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize workflows to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous development to support long-term growth and sustainability.
Address customer inquiries promptly and provide clear guidance to prospective clients regarding the range of available service options.
Proactively engage with new leads and prospective clients to successfully transition inquiries into revenue-generating relationships.
Explore and capitalize on prospects to acquire additional customers and broaden the organization’s market reach.
Cultivate and sustain robust connections with both prospective and established clients.
Collaborate effectively with the operations team to uphold seamless service delivery and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Observe customer interactions closely and take immediate action to resolve any concerns, complaints, or service-related challenges as they arise.
Perform post-service follow-ups and collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests to ensure thorough and reliable record-keeping.
Compile and deliver customer engagement, feedback, and sales activity reports as needed.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
Demonstrates a track record of fostering strong client relationships and driving client satisfaction.
Exceptional ability to establish rapport and convey information effectively through both verbal and written communication channels.
Proven capability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
