The Senior Key Sales Account Manager specializing in Fiber-to-the-home is tasked with overseeing critical accounts, fostering enduring client relationships, and driving revenue growth within those accounts. Examine customer requirements and determine appropriate product solutions that align with their preferences, needs, and financial constraints.
Identify potential clients and compile a comprehensive database of prospects with a genuine need for the company’s offerings, ensuring maximum engagement and growth opportunities within assigned territories.
You will play a key role in new business pitches and be accountable for the seamless onboarding of new clients.
Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to both existing and prospective tender opportunities.
Establish and nurture enduring customer connections through consistent engagement and personalized service.
Speak with clients to thoroughly comprehend their needs, foresee expectations, and ensure these are met by expertly managing and translating their requirements.
To facilitate agreements that satisfy both client and company requirements, engage in discussions to finalize tender and contract terms.
Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure accurate and efficient handling of all associated tasks and responsibilities.
Conducting in-depth evaluations of expenses and revenue streams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client contact information, ensuring all details are properly documented and easily accessible for future reference.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and all pertinent organizational departments, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Proficiency in the sale of IT services, particularly those encompassing solutions from Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco, and VMware, will be highly advantageous.
