Job Summary

We seek an experienced Credit Sales/Marketing Executive with a proven track record of 3 to 5 years, ideally within a financial services environment, to join our team without delay.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices. Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project completion, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts. Analyze performance metrics and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies. Manage stakeholder relationships to secure support, address concerns, and enhance organizational reputation. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless business operations and service delivery.

Facilitate the growth of credit-based revenue streams while consistently achieving monthly sales objectives.

Proactively engage both prospective and current clients to promote a diverse range of financial solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Develop and nurture enduring connections with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in Credit Sales or Marketing roles.

A background within a financial institution is essential for consideration.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with adept negotiation capabilities, are required.

Residence in Leak or its immediate vicinity is required.

Responsible for administering pension schemes and managing PAYE (Pay As You Earn) processes, ensuring accurate tax deductions and contributions are made in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role involves maintaining employee records, processing pension contributions, and handling payroll-related tax obligations efficiently. Additionally, the position requires adherence to deadlines, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Your compensation package includes a thirteenth-month salary, which will be disbursed annually as a performance-related bonus, subject to the company’s policies and your employment status.

Leave allowance includes 15 days of annual leave, 10 days of sick leave, and 5 days of compassionate leave per year. These leaves are in addition to public holidays and any unpaid leave as required by law or company policy. Employees must adhere to the company’s leave application procedures and provide necessary documentation when applicable. Unused annual leave may be carried over to the following year, subject to approval and company policies.
