The position
The Verification Officer is responsible for meticulously reviewing and assessing address verification images provided by sales agents and field verification agents for customers seeking loan approvals, guaranteeing that all submissions adhere to the company’s stringent verification and compliance protocols.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and deliver solutions that support strategic goals. Maintain clear communication channels to report progress and address any challenges. Additionally, ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards to mitigate risks and uphold quality.
Examine and evaluate address verification images and documentation provided by sales and verification representatives to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review and either accept or reject verification submissions in accordance with established company verification standards.
Conduct thorough assessments of verification reports obtained from the company’s third-party vendor platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
You will coordinate with verification agents, supplying them with pertinent customer information essential for conducting verification visits.
Verify that all GPS, landmark, and image quality submissions adhere to established standards.
Review data and flag any discrepancies or irregular patterns, promptly notifying supervisors or relevant stakeholders when warranted.
Verify that all verifications are finalized within the established turnaround time (TAT) to maintain compliance with established deadlines.
Requirements
A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in field verification, dispatch riding, or a comparable position is required.
Individuals with a background in field verification, operational functions, or administrative and financial technology roles are encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess relevant experience in one or more of these areas to be considered for this opportunity.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an acute ability to identify discrepancies or irregularities in reports or visual content.
Capable of assessing verification photos to ensure they meet established criteria, such as GPS accuracy, identifiable landmarks, and high image quality.
A foundational knowledge of loan and credit verification procedures is required.
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with field and sales representatives is essential for this role.
Proficient in operating verification tools, monitoring dashboards, and GPS/mobile applications to ensure accurate data collection and real-time tracking.
Exhibits keen discernment to recognize potentially fraudulent or irregular data and promptly elevates concerns through appropriate channels.
Capable of consistently meeting tight turnaround time (TAT) requirements is essential.
