Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, is essential. Proficiency in network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems is required. Applicants must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and implement effective security measures. Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC 2 is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response procedures is mandatory. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certification in CISSP, CEA, or Compton Security+ is a plus.
