We seek candidates for our position based in Keynoted, Lagos.

We seek candidates who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, along with proficiency in [specific software or tools, if applicable]. The role requires maintaining accurate records of transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing actionable insights to senior management. Additionally, duties encompass budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment to optimize financial performance and support informed decision-making across the organization.

Process purchase requisitions efficiently and accurately to create and issue purchase orders as required.

Secure competitive pricing by soliciting and evaluating supplier quotes, analyzing both domestic and global options to identify the most cost-efficient solutions.

Prepare and manage meticulous documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and all relevant procurement records with precision and care.

Develop and sustain an accurate, current sales and customer database to ensure seamless access to essential information.

Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery to clients. Manage logistics to optimize routes, schedules, and carrier selection while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales teams to ensure seamless operations and efficiency in their workflow.

Prepare and submit all invoices to the designated departments or entities to ensure timely processing and completion of payments.

Collaborate with suppliers to identify and rectify any discrepancies or unresolved issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures governing procurement and inventory management activities.

Facilitate clear and timely communication with the sales team to ensure alignment on delivery schedules and provide updates as needed.

Responsibilities include supporting the receipt and inspection of incoming orders and products, with a focus on confirming accurate quantities and assessing quality standards.

Evaluate supplier performance by analyzing and compiling relevant data to assess their effectiveness and reliability.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
