The candidate must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects within tight deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, and advanced certifications are highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, as well as a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, is mandatory.
