We seek a Programs Operations Intern to assist with the strategic planning, logistical coordination, and seamless execution of academy initiatives as we further develop our programs and broaden our student community.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Programs Operations Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Academy team to guarantee seamless program execution and foster an enriching learning environment for students.

Responsibilities include:

Facilitating the registration and initial integration of students into the program.

Before, during, and after training sessions, the role involves managing all communication with students, ensuring timely and clear exchanges to support their engagement and success.

Providing support in the organization and management of class schedules as well as program logistics.

Responsible for managing and updating student records as well as operational databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.

Facilitating the planning, coordination, and implementation of workshops, training sessions, and events is a key responsibility of this role.

Program participation is monitored, and essential updates are documented systematically for reporting purposes.

The position involves monitoring students’ progress by tracking assignments, attendance, and adherence to program requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups as needed.

Providing support for administrative and operational functions throughout academy initiatives.
