This position ensures the superior quality, efficiency, and on-site management of all concrete-related activities, encompassing culverts, drainage structures, headwalls, aprons, and additional reinforced concrete components.
The ideal candidate will oversee concrete crews at the project site, with full responsibility for executing all tasks in strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and established QA/QC protocols, encompassing reinforcement installation, formwork setup, concrete pouring, testing procedures, and proper curing methods.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in statistical software, and excellent communication skills to interpret complex datasets and convey insights effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, a degree in statistics, mathematics, business analytics, or a closely related discipline, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
We seek candidates who have obtained an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), a Technical Certificate, or a City & Guilds qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering disciplines.
With a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience, you will have served as a Concrete Foreman specifically within civil or road construction projects, overseeing critical aspects of the build process.
Proven expertise in the execution and management of reinforced concrete projects, including culverts, drainage systems, and structural concrete applications, is essential.
Proficiency in formwork techniques, rebar installation, slump testing, cube sampling, and curing processes is required.
Proficient in interpreting structural drawings and overseeing site concrete teams comprising ten or more workers.
