Job Summary

The Driver ensures the secure, punctual, and efficient delivery of medical supplies to hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing the planning, execution, and evaluation of assigned projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver high-quality outcomes within established timelines. Monitor progress through regular assessments, address potential obstacles proactively, and implement corrective measures as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Accurately operate company vehicles to transport medical products—including blood, oxygen, and other essential supplies—to designated destinations in compliance with all safety regulations.

Ensure all deliveries are completed promptly and with precision.

Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections both prior to and following each trip, ensuring proper levels of fuel, tire pressure and condition, brake functionality, oil levels, and other essential components are thoroughly examined.

Proficiently manage and ensure the safe handling and securement of all medical supplies throughout the loading and unloading processes.

Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and secure proof of delivery as necessary.

Leverage mobile applications to receive dispatch notifications, monitor route progress, and verify delivery completion.

Strict compliance with all road safety regulations and company-established driving protocols is essential.

Promptly notify the Logistics Supervisor of any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or operational delays to ensure timely resolution and maintain workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining the assigned vehicle in optimal condition through thorough cleaning, meticulous care, and consistent upkeep.
