Main Functions
Analyzes business requirements to identify organizational challenges, documents existing processes, and designs effective solutions to address identified issues.
Conducts in-depth interviews with essential project stakeholders, meticulously documents the findings, and subsequently presents them.
Recommends enhancements to existing processes and introduces innovative solutions tailored to business needs. Collaborates closely with business users, project managers, and senior leadership to evaluate and refine project scope, maximize anticipated benefits, and mitigate potential risks.
Drives and supports the implementation of change management initiatives integral to project execution.
This role involves the development and periodic updating of user documentation, with guidance and assistance provided as needed.
Junior-level Business Analysts conduct foundational analyses, prepare preliminary documentation, and assist with routine tasks under close supervision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
Seeking a candidate who possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring they meet user requirements and performance standards.
Gathering requirements, defining vision, and demonstrating exceptional communication and presentation abilities are essential. Proficiency in process mapping and MS Office is also required.
