Job Summary
The Business Development and Brand Communication Strategist will spearhead revenue growth and market expansion initiatives for our fintech company by establishing strategic partnerships, attracting new clients across B2B and B2C sectors, and enhancing brand positioning within the financial technology landscape.
This hybrid position integrates business development initiatives with brand strategy to expand market presence, cultivate credibility within financial services, and convey intricate fintech solutions with clarity.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of project milestones, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaborative decision-making, resource allocation, and performance optimization. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments, while monitoring progress through regular status updates and metrics analysis. Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to facilitate transparent communication and resolve escalated issues. Develop compelling pitches, respond to RFPs, and deliver high-stakes presentations tailored to financial institutions and corporate clients.
Perform in-depth evaluations of market dynamics and competitive landscapes, concentrating on advancements in financial technology, evolving regulatory frameworks, and innovative technological developments.
Develop precise, regulation-compliant brand communications tailored for digital channels, investor relations materials, and product marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain strategic alliances with financial institutions, payment processors, regulatory bodies, investors, and other pivotal industry stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with the product, compliance, marketing, and sales teams to uphold brand consistency and ensure regulatory alignment.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to business development, pipeline health, and brand performance, then prepare and present detailed reports on these metrics.
Demonstrate corporate presence at fintech conferences, investor gatherings, and industry forums on behalf of the organization.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent field is a mandatory requirement for this position.
