The role involves tracking kitchen inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure the kitchen remains fully supplied with necessary items.
With the support of their team, they are tasked with developing and meticulously planning the presentation of the dishes.
Ensure all necessary cooking equipment is meticulously arranged at the work station prior to commencing operations.
We oversee the consistent preparation and flow of dishes while developing and introducing new menu items to enhance culinary offerings.
Proficient in crafting a diverse array of dishes, including both continental and locally inspired cuisine, with a strong expertise in pastry, barbecue preparation, point-and-kill techniques, and other associated culinary specialties.
