Oversee the full spectrum of operational duties, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks aligned with organizational objectives. Develop and maintain efficient workflows to enhance productivity while adhering to established policies and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic solutions to drive performance. Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing, and equipment, to optimize operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate clear communication and alignment of goals. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement Civic Education lessons that align with established curriculum standards to ensure comprehensive student learning outcomes.
Foster students’ understanding of civic duty, core values, and national identity to cultivate a deeper sense of responsibility and engagement with their community.
Evaluate students’ progress systematically and deliver actionable feedback to foster improvement.
Customize instructional strategies to accommodate varied learning preferences and requirements.
Facilitate students’ thorough readiness for WAEC examinations as well as internal assessments.
Ensure a well-organized and controlled classroom environment while fostering positive student behavior and adherence to established rules.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must demonstrate expertise in financial analysis, including proficiency in creating detailed financial models, conducting variance analysis, and preparing executive-level reports. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is mandatory, and an MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CPA or CFA) is strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data sets are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively convey insights to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a prerequisite. Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate or financial services environment is highly desirable.
A degree in Political Science, Civic Education, or an allied discipline is required.
A valid teaching certification in the applicable subject or grade level may be required for this role.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and adeptness at managing classroom environments are essential.
Capable of inspiring and energizing students to participate actively and maintain enthusiasm for learning.
Holding a TRCN certification would be an additional benefit.
