Job Summary

We are in search of a highly motivated and success-driven Sales Manager possessing a strong background in the automotive sector to spearhead and enhance sales operations.

The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and execution of sales strategies, cultivate and oversee pivotal customer relationships, direct a high-performing sales team, and consistently meet revenue objectives.

The preferred candidate should demonstrate extensive industry expertise, a proven history of closing vehicle sales, and hands-on experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle distribution channels, or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) environments.

Oversee and execute comprehensive responsibilities encompassing project management, operational oversight, and strategic planning to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation to drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and prioritize initiatives to maximize efficiency and ROI. Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices while mitigating risks and resolving conflicts. Serve as a key liaison between departments, executives, and external partners to align efforts and achieve shared goals.

Craft and execute strategic sales initiatives designed to meet organizational goals and revenue projections.

Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and efficiency through effective leadership, coaching, and motivation techniques.

Evaluate emerging business prospects, analyze market dynamics, and assess prospective customer segments to uncover growth opportunities.

Develop and sustain robust connections with essential clients, distributors, and business collaborators to facilitate long-term partnerships and mutual growth.

Monitor sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and develop regular sales reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Work collaboratively with marketing and other departments to design and execute high-impact sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

Perform routine customer site visits and facilitate business development discussions on a consistent basis.

Oversee the sales pipeline and expedite the conversion of opportunities into revenue in a timely manner.

Craft and finalize contracts, pricing structures, and commercial arrangements in collaboration with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.

Observe and analyze competitor actions to identify opportunities for enhancing our market position and sustaining a competitive edge.

Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

Develop comprehensive sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to present to management for strategic evaluation and decision-making purposes.

Maintain strict adherence to established company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics is necessary, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Spring is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated experience in system design or architecture are also required. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities are imperative to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are advantageous.

With a minimum of five to eight years of hands-on sales experience specifically within the automobile sector, you bring proven expertise and a deep understanding of industry dynamics to the role.

With a minimum of three years of professional experience in a sales management or supervisory capacity, candidates will demonstrate expertise in leading and overseeing sales teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Achieved consistent success in automotive sales, dealership management, fleet acquisition, or business development within the automotive sector.

Proficient in automotive industry trends, customer acquisition methodologies, and oversight of dealer network operations.

Proven expertise in articulating ideas clearly, delivering compelling presentations, and skillfully negotiating agreements.

Exceptional aptitude for strategic planning and analytical problem resolution is essential.

Proven ability to cultivate and sustain positive client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service delivery.

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software applications.

Skilled in evaluating sales data to derive practical, data-driven recommendations.

Demonstrates exceptional professionalism, unwavering integrity, and strong business acumen.
