Scope
Develop and implement innovative Estate Brokerage, Property Management, and Valuation initiatives to drive business growth for the branch office.
Responsible for overseeing and executing the complete operational management of the designated branch to drive profitability.
Overseeing the operations of the Capital Markets (estate brokerage and agency), Property/Facility Management, and Valuations portfolio within the branch constitutes the core responsibilities of this role.
Oversee the current client portfolio while actively seeking opportunities to expand it for the branch.
Experience
Holders of a first-degree qualification in Estate Management, awarded with at least a second-class grade, are sought for this position.
With a minimum of twelve to fifteen years of hands-on experience in real estate brokerage, property valuation, and the management of properties or facilities, candidates should bring a proven track record of success in these areas.
Must hold Associate Membership status with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NI ESV).
Must be a member of ESVARBON
Associate membership in RICH is considered a valuable asset.

Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong customer and client management expertise.
Accomplishes multiple tasks simultaneously while effectively resolving challenges with a proactive approach.
Proven expertise in strategic negotiation is essential, requiring the ability to secure favorable terms through tactful and persuasive communication. Candidates must demonstrate a strong aptitude for conflict resolution, the capacity to analyze complex agreements, and the finesse to balance competing interests effectively. This role demands meticulous attention to detail alongside the ability to think critically under pressure, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes in high-stakes discussions.
Proven capability to make prompt, well-informed decisions under dynamic conditions with minimal delay.
Systems and IT proficiency entails a comprehensive understanding of information technology principles, systems administration, and infrastructure management, including proficiency in network configurations, cybersecurity protocols, and hardware maintenance. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and ensuring operational efficiency across various platforms and devices. Additionally, candidates should possess strong analytical skills to diagnose complex problems, along with the ability to develop and enforce IT policies to safeguard organizational assets.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and streamline workflow processes.
