Interpret intricate technical drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication specifications with precision.
Skilled in executing MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes with precision, handling carbon steel, stainless steel, and various alloys.
Perform comprehensive inspections of welded joints to verify compliance with AWS and BS EN standards, ensuring the highest level of quality across all work.
Cut, grind, and finish heavy metal components to precise specifications, ensuring they are properly prepared for welding operations.
We provide education and guidance to junior welders and apprentices while overseeing their work to ensure high standards of safety and quality.
Ensure welding equipment remains in optimal working condition and uphold rigorous safety standards at all times.
Analyze welding defects and propose appropriate remedies to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
Proficiency in welding demonstrated through the acquisition of a Trade Test I Certificate, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on welding experience.
Demonstrates extensive experience in executing structural, pipe, or heavy fabrication projects with consistent success.
Certification in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding is required. Possession of a 6G pipe welding certification is considered beneficial.
Proficient in interpreting blueprints and demonstrating self-motivation to execute tasks with minimal oversight.
Accomplished leaders with a dedication to resolving challenges and an unwavering commitment to safety are essential.
Capable of performing duties while elevated and in restricted environments, with a strong level of physical fitness.
What We Offer:
Base compensation is set at $120,000 per year.
Compensation is flexible for applicants who possess exceptional skills, industry-recognized certifications, and substantial relevant experience.
