We are seeking a dynamic Marketing professional to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and achieving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in digital or brand marketing. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and data analytics is essential, as is a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Responsibilities include creating and managing multichannel campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging, and overseeing budget allocation to maximize ROI. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and fostering customer loyalty across various digital platforms. Utilize data-driven insights to craft compelling content, optimize posting schedules, and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing approaches. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with organizational goals while ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in social media campaigns.

Capture high-quality photographs at various events to produce compelling visual content for diverse media platforms.

Oversee the administration and upkeep of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, to ensure consistent branding, engagement, and performance across channels.

We seek a candidate who meets the following qualifications: a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, proficiency with key software tools and industry-specific applications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, familiarity with compliance regulations, project management methodologies, and data analysis techniques is highly preferred.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a closely related discipline is required.
