Job Summary

We are in search of a dynamic and outcomes-focused Sales Manager to spearhead our sales team and propel business expansion across a variety of markets.

Direct and guide a high-performing team of field-based sales experts, focusing on external sales initiatives, B2B deal structures, and complex technical product offerings.

Craft innovative marketing strategies to uncover untapped business opportunities and foster growth within current accounts.

Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships by actively identifying their needs and delivering customized solutions designed to cultivate long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsible for managing the full sales process, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure, ensuring seamless progression through each stage.

Leverage Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms to monitor sales activities, evaluate performance metrics, and refine outreach approaches for enhanced effectiveness.

Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns designed to elevate brand recognition and attract high-quality leads.

Perform comprehensive market assessments to maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and innovative technological advancements.

Deliver ongoing training sessions, mentoring, and constructive performance evaluations to foster team excellence and individual career growth.

Requirements

Experienced professionals with a demonstrated history in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or technology sales and a consistent ability to achieve or surpass established targets are encouraged to apply.

Proven leadership capabilities essential for guiding and motivating cross-functional teams toward shared objectives with cultural sensitivity and strategic insight.

Strong interpersonal abilities, including adept negotiation, clear communication, and exceptional customer service, are vital for cultivating enduring partnerships with clients.

Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for overseeing sales pipelines and interpreting data effectively.

Proven expertise in marketing fundamentals and business development methodologies to spearhead growth-oriented initiatives effectively.

To leverage sales data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively, the ability to analyze and interpret information is essential for strategic planning.

Proven leadership abilities, characterized by the capacity to inspire and guide teams while cultivating a cooperative and supportive workplace culture.
