Conducts interviews with essential project stakeholders, compiles detailed documentation of findings, and presents the results to relevant parties.
Recommends enhancements to existing processes and explores innovative solutions. Collaborates with business users, project managers, and leadership to evaluate and improve the scope, benefits, and risk profiles of proposed initiatives.
Drives strategic change initiatives integral to project execution, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with organizational goals throughout the implementation phase.
The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and updating user documentation, with guidance and assistance provided as needed.
Junior Business Analysts typically conduct foundational analysis and prepare basic documentation, operating under close supervision to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
Demonstrated proficiency in a range of technical and interpersonal competencies, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and adaptability. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or methodologies is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include analyzing complex data, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals through strategic planning and execution.
Requires adeptness in requirements gathering, strategic vision, and exceptional communication and presentation abilities, along with expertise in process mapping and proficiency in MS Office.
