Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. or HND) in marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of sales experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have sold enterprise solutions.

Demonstrates a strong ability to surpass established sales quotas consistently, with a track record of delivering results that exceed expectations.

Proven capability to design and execute effective sales strategies.

Proven ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, with a strong aptitude for engaging audiences through compelling presentations.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role, requiring the capacity to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions efficiently. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking to interpret data, evaluate risks, and derive actionable insights.
