Job Summary
We seek a skilled Health Educator to enhance our team by developing tailored health education initiatives for our community.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and achieve organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a high-performing team capable of meeting evolving business demands.
Develop and disseminate health education resources, such as brochures, announcements, video and audio content, graphics, and posters.
Deliver health education initiatives through events, workshops, conferences, and presentations to engage and inform participants.
Craft and disseminate compelling health education content through strategic press releases, targeted media campaigns, dynamic social media outreach, and comprehensive website updates to broaden public awareness and engagement.
Develop and foster key collaborations with organizations and stakeholders dedicated to advancing health education initiatives.
Oversee the preparation and submission of grant applications to secure funding for health education initiatives.
Document activities, maintain databases, and record information while supervising health education program staff and volunteers.
Offer access to health education resources for staff, community agencies, and organizations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Prior experience in project management or a related discipline is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards is also necessary.

Proficient in designing and producing educational resources and tools that effectively communicate and advance health education programs.
