The position is located at the Golf Estate, adjacent to the Apple Lodge Hotel within the GRA region of Enugu.

Pharmacists are responsible for dispensing medications and nutritional supplements, providing patient education on proper medication use, assisting with disease management and preventive care initiatives, overseeing support staff, and enhancing community awareness of the pharmacy’s available products and services.

Suitable candidates will be tasked with assuming the responsibilities of a Locum Pharmacist, stepping in to cover shifts as needed within various healthcare settings. Essential requirements include possession of a valid GPC registration, prior pharmacy experience, and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in medication dispensing, patient consultation, and clinical governance. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient-centered approach are also prerequisites for success in this role.

Licensed pharmacist required for a full-time position, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, patient consultation, and adherence to regulatory standards. Duties include verifying prescriptions, managing inventory, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in pharmacy management software. Valid state license and relevant experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting are required. This role demands a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient workflow while upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Requirements:

Earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree.

A minimum of one year of postings work experience is required.

A valid PCN License along with an NYC Discharge Certificate are required for this position.

Candidates should either reside in Enugu or demonstrate a readiness to relocate to the city.

Candidates with prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting will be viewed favorably. This background demonstrates familiarity with the operational demands and customer service expectations unique to the pharmacy environment. Compensation for this full-time position ranges from 150,000 to 250,000 per month, with the final figure determined by the candidate’s level of expertise.

Compensation for locum positions ranges from $400 to $800 per hour, depending on experience and assignment specifics.

Weekend shifts must be worked on an alternating basis.

Saturday’s schedule runs from 10:00 AM through 9:00 PM.

A 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift is scheduled for Sunday.
