Job Summary
In this position, your primary focus will involve cultivating and expanding corporate client relationships to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales growth.
You’ll deliver customized gifting solutions, manage high-volume orders, and ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery while playing a key role in driving sales expansion and fostering long-term client relationships.
Leadership is responsible for assigning and delegating tasks to team members, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and individual capabilities. Duties include overseeing project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication channels to facilitate transparency. Additionally, the role involves evaluating performance metrics, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Client Acquisition: You will secure new corporate clients by targeting key decision-makers, including HR teams, procurement managers, executive offices, and corporate event planners, and facilitate their seamless onboarding.
Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients by thoroughly analyzing their unique gifting requirements and preferences.
Recommend personalized gift solutions by aligning them with client budgets, brand identity, and promotional goals to ensure optimal impact and relevance.
Craft and dispatch polished business proposals, customized pitches, and service presentations to potential clients.
Oversee the order management process with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing precision in customization, branding, pricing, and delivery coordination.
Collaborate across departments by engaging with logistics and fulfillment teams to facilitate punctual, seamless, and undamaged deliveries.
Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets by actively managing and expanding the corporate sales pipeline.
Retention and follow-up initiatives involve contacting clients after product delivery to verify their satisfaction and foster ongoing business relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft corporate-centric campaigns, seasonal gift catalogs, and promotional initiatives.
The role necessitates a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, complemented by a degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in specific software applications or technical skills is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with industry regulations or standards is preferred, as is prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity. The ideal applicant will exhibit adaptability to evolving priorities and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Education and Experience: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or possess equivalent professional experience. A minimum of three years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles is required. Familiarity with financial software and advanced Excel skills are essential. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred.
Preferred candidates will possess 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate sales, B2B account management, or business development.
Professional experience within corporate gifting, luxury retail, or lifestyle sectors would be considered a significant advantage.
Required qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate across teams. Familiarity with data analysis tools and basic knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or SQL, are advantageous. Additionally, organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Computer Science, is typically required, though equivalent experience may be considered.
