Job Summary
This position guarantees precise accounting, adherence to financial regulations, efficient management of cash flow, and the prompt preparation of financial reports to facilitate business operations and informed decision-making.
Ensure financial records are meticulously maintained and consistently kept current.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with established accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records by reconciling bank accounts, ledgers, and other pertinent financial documentation.
Ensure accurate tracking and management of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Handle invoices, process payments, and manage expense reimbursements efficiently.
Oversee daily cash balances and generate comprehensive cash flow reports ensuring accurate financial tracking and transparency.
Maintain punctual receipt of incoming payments and fulfillment of outgoing financial obligations.
