Job Summary:
We are in search of a seasoned and proficient Head of Technical/Power Distribution to provide leadership for our power distribution team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing the seamless distribution of power, maintaining reliability, and executing technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of seven years of dedicated experience in the field of power distribution, candidates are expected to bring a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to the role.
Accomplished professionals with a demonstrated track record in leadership and management are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in power distribution systems and metering technologies, with a deep understanding of their technical intricacies and operational frameworks.

Formulate and execute comprehensive technical strategies to optimize and manage power distribution systems effectively.
Responsible for managing the operation and upkeep of power distribution infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout all operational activities.
Spearhead a team of highly skilled technical experts, guiding their efforts and fostering collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize and maintain a reliable power supply system.
Prepare and oversee financial plans specifically for power distribution activities, ensuring accurate allocation and monitoring of resources to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate processes and systems to detect areas where enhancements can be introduced, and subsequently develop and execute strategies to realize those improvements.
