The position necessitates a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Effective communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within a team-oriented environment are also required. Prior experience in project management or a similar leadership capacity is highly desirable but not mandatory. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is crucial. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols within the industry is a plus.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is required.
A minimum of one to two years of professional experience in a relevant field is required.
Proficient in both written and verbal communication, with a strong ability to engage effectively with others, complemented by robust technical, analytical, and computer software proficiency.
Conducts a variety of duties encompassing strategic planning, project oversight, and team coordination to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment. Oversees workflow processes, monitors progress, and implements corrective measures as needed to address deviations from established benchmarks. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to align initiatives with organizational objectives, fostering a cohesive and results-driven environment.
We efficiently process purchase requisitions and generate corresponding purchase orders with precision and timeliness.
Solicit quotes from various suppliers, both domestically and abroad, to evaluate pricing and determine the most cost-efficient options.
Ensure meticulous documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and all related procurement records.
Update and ensure the accuracy of sales and customer databases on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate the logistics of delivering goods to clients efficiently and punctually.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales teams to facilitate their operations and enhance productivity.
Submit all invoices to the designated entities for processing and disbursement of payments.
Facilitate the resolution of discrepancies and other supplier-related issues as they arise.
Ensure adherence to established company policies and procedures governing procurement and inventory management activities.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication with the sales team to convey delivery schedules and any relevant updates.
Responsibilities include supporting the receipt and evaluation of incoming orders or products by confirming their quantities and ensuring their quality standards.
Conduct evaluations of supplier performance to assess their adherence to agreed-upon standards and contractual obligations.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by a supervisor as needed.
