Job Summary

We are in search of a seasoned professional to spearhead the development, execution, and upkeep of our integrated management systems—specifically QMS, EMS, and OHMS—in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Develop, implement, and continuously improve an integrated QHSE management system in alignment with the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.

Perform gap analyses, risk assessments, and internal audits; ensure readiness for external certification audits.

Conduct audits and perform certification activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. Verify documentation accuracy and evaluate processes to confirm adherence to required protocols. Identify discrepancies or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to maintain organizational integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate certification processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain detailed records of audit findings and certification status for reporting and review purposes.

Plan, execute, and oversee both internal and external audits in strict adherence to established certification standards. Take full responsibility for leading audit activities from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.

Certifications required include ISO Lead or Internal Auditor credentials, specifically in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with accreditation from recognized bodies such as IRA, Exemplar Global, or PCB.

Experience with data analysis, project management, and familiarity with CRM software are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are also critical. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Proficient in the ISO High-level Structure framework, with a deep understanding of its principles and applications.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in developing audit strategies, evaluating potential risks, conducting thorough analytical evaluations, and producing clear, comprehensive reports.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead teams, and engage stakeholders with professionalism and impact.

Desirable Attributes
