We are looking for a competent and seasoned Carpenter Foreman (Construction Projects) to oversee all carpentry and formwork operations at our construction sites. The preferred applicant will demonstrate extensive practical expertise in formwork, structural carpentry, and finishing tasks, with a particular focus on road, bridge, and culvert construction projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines. The ideal candidate will manage team workflows, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional departments, address operational challenges proactively, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. Oversee and manage all carpentry and formwork activities conducted on-site to ensure efficiency and adherence to project specifications.

Direct supervision of a skilled carpentry team is required to construct formwork for bridges, culverts, and other road-related infrastructure.

Translate complex technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications into actionable insights and detailed plans.

Accurate measurement, precise cutting, and meticulous assembly of materials must be performed to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsible for supervising the installation of both wooden and metal formwork used in concrete structures.

Conduct thorough inspections to verify the adherence to quality standards across all carpentry-related work, ensuring meticulous attention to craftsmanship and precision in every project.

Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and materials to guarantee they remain in optimal working condition at all times.

Maintain adherence to all health and safety regulations while operating on-site.
