Oversee and manage all carpentry and formwork activities at the construction site to ensure efficiency and adherence to project specifications.
Experienced professionals are sought to oversee a crew of carpenters engaged in the assembly of formwork for bridge, culvert, and roadway infrastructure projects.
Analyze and comprehend technical drawings, blueprints, and construction specifications to ensure accurate execution of project requirements.
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials to precise specifications, maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and project requirements throughout the fabrication process.
Supervise the proper installation of both wooden and metal formwork systems utilized in concrete structures.
Inspect and ensure quality workmanship in all carpentry tasks
Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are consistently kept in optimal working order.
Maintain adherence to all health and safety regulations at the site to guarantee a secure working environment.
Organize and oversee daily work schedules to guarantee the punctual fulfillment of all assigned tasks.

Requirements:
A Trade Test Certificate, OND, or HND in Carpentry, Building Technology, or a related discipline is required.
Having additional certifications or vocational training can enhance your qualifications.
Requires a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience as a Carpenter Foreman, specifically within construction project environments.
Proven expertise in formwork carpentry specifically for concrete structures, including bridges, culverts, and roadway projects, is essential.
Proficient in analyzing and comprehending engineering and architectural drawings with precision.
