Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and proficient Concrete Foreman specializing in Road & Bridge Construction to oversee concrete operations on significant infrastructure projects, such as roadways, bridges, and culverts. The preferred applicant should demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, practical expertise, and comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, material specifications, and safety regulations.
Conducts a diverse array of duties encompassing project oversight, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and successful project completion. Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives and streamline workflows, fostering an environment of transparency and accountability. Oversees resource allocation, budget adherence, and risk mitigation strategies to maintain operational efficiency and minimize potential disruptions. Oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of concrete work at the construction site, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient workflow.
Responsible for managing the construction of bridges, culverts, and road infrastructure.
Interpret construction documents, including drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, ensuring accurate understanding of project requirements and compliance with design standards.
Ensures accurate blending, precise pouring, meticulous finishing, and appropriate curing of concrete.
Ensure adherence to engineering specifications and project benchmarks through diligent oversight of quality control processes.
Oversee the performance and coordination of on-site personnel, including workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to established guidelines.
Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Develop and manage work schedules to guarantee the punctual completion of projects.
Conduct thorough evaluations of materials, including cement, aggregates, reinforcement elements, and formwork, to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
Maintain precise documentation of site activities and provide regular updates on progress to project managers.
