MAIN FUNCTIONS
This role identifies and resolves organizational challenges by evaluating business requirements, mapping out processes, and developing tailored solutions. Through structured interviews with key stakeholders, the position documents findings and delivers clear presentations of insights. It proposes process enhancements and innovative alternatives while collaborating with business users, project managers, and leadership to refine project scope, maximize benefits, and mitigate risks. The role also leads change management initiatives to ensure smooth project transitions and may draft and update user documentation as needed. Guidance and assistance will be provided to support effective execution.
Junior business analysts typically conduct foundational analysis and draft preliminary documentation, performing these tasks under close guidance and supervision.
