Job Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, with a focus on maintaining exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards, managing a team of employees to drive productivity and maintain high performance, developing and implementing strategies to enhance workflow and achieve organizational goals, conducting regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback, collaborating with other departments to foster cross-functional alignment and streamline processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records and documentation to support decision-making and reporting requirements.
Oversee departments: Direct front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and address inquiries or concerns efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor and oversee the check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining accurate room readiness and inventory records.
Daily reporting responsibilities involve compiling and submitting updates on occupancy rates, revenue performance, and operational feedback to ensure accurate and timely data tracking.
Ensure strict compliance with established safety, hygiene, and service standards throughout all operations.
Requirements
A qualification in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline, such as an HND or B.Sc. Degree, is required.
Possession of a National Youth Service Corps (NYC) discharge certificate is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership in a supervisory capacity within a hospitality environment, with a preference for those who have overseen front desk operations or managed daily hotel functions.
