Oversee the operations of front, middle, and back office teams to guarantee prompt and seamless service delivery to Private Banking clients.
Ensure the seamless execution and alignment of client transactions and investment portfolios with their specified mandates.
Promote client education in the wealth management sector by delivering tailored financial advisory services designed to optimize investment decision-making.
Review client profiles to verify that investment selections align with established mandates, risk profiles, and risk tolerance levels.
Demonstrate leadership by fostering a culture of sales and service excellence through targeted coaching, mentorship, and motivational strategies to drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
Contribute proactively to the formulation of budgets and objectives in alignment with the Private Banking segment, while ensuring the consistent attainment of monthly and annual performance targets.
Authorize capital and operational expenditures for the Hub in accordance with the approvals granted by the GH.
To maintain operational efficiency, oversee that the total operating expenses of the Hub remain within the predetermined financial allocation.
Maintain absolute adherence to a zero-tolerance policy for inactive or dormant accounts, as mandated by the Bank’s Information Security requirements. Safeguard all entrusted information through diligent security measures and strictly comply with the established principles and policies outlined in the Information Security Handbook.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, proficiency in industry-standard software, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additional requirements include the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred, as is a track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum classification of a 2:2 or its equivalent is required.
A postgraduate qualification in business or a related discipline is preferred, although not a strict requirement. Alternatively, other professional credentials may be considered.
With a minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in banking or a related field, candidates should bring a proven track record of success in their respective roles.
Professional candidates with prior exposure to Asset & Wealth Management or Investment Banking will be highly regarded.
