Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Application Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and promote of our business applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM, ERP, and other cloud-based business applications, along with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for all our business application products eg Zoho cloud, freshdesk and custom ticketing solution.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations for potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Understand client business needs and recommend the right Zoho solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using Zoho CRM.
Work with technical department to setup and implementing Zoho applications.
Provide training sessions and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Stay updated on Zoho product updates, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Analyze customer needs and market trends to refine sales approaches.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical teams.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status updates
Qualifications/Requirements
Completion of NYSC and Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Two (2) years proven experience in SaaS, CRM, ERP, or business application sales.
Strong knowledge of Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience with sales CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Prior experience selling Zoho applications.
Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
