The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled KS1 teacher to join our team to deliver high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons for children in Key Stage 1.
You will be responsible for creating an inspiring classroom environment that encourages young learners to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, innovative, and dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom atmosphere.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child’s development.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals to support students’ learning and well-being.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all students in your care.
Promote a love of learning through engaging and hands-on activities.
Key Requirements
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 is preferred but not essential.
A thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and how to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A positive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
Commitment to the personal and social development of children.
A passion for early years education and fostering a love of learning.
