About the job

Assessing building maintenance issues by conducting weekly walks of the building and recording the findings
Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
Minor repairs in the office
Ensuring HSSE standards are in place
Provide administrative support to the RFM
Developing a close working relationship with all the vendors, landlord and client
Managing internal moves within the building with the Facilities Manager
Act as primary contact for assigned site’s contractors and vendors.
Facility ticket management (including problem/issue report management, checking and ticket forwarding/dispatching)
Supporting the Office Service Coordinator as and when required regarding vendor management and Soft Service Support
Cover Receptionist role & responsibilities
Managing of meeting rooms and assisting with events
Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers and all external key contacts
Other tasks and duties as required
Sending and receiving of incoming and outgoing mail
Managing critical equipment including tracking of PPM’s
Monitoring of electrical and diesel usage
Daily tracking of lunch, tea consumables and water usage
Basic financial tracking – purchase order creation, receipting and reporting
