Job Description
Our Client is looking for an Intake Coordinator to receive inventory and ensure stock is kept in line with expected standards.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate inventory receipts.
Ensure strict adherence to the documented procedure for stocking raw materials and setting targets for discharge team (silo attendants).
Monitoring and controlling the stock movement.
Raise requests for tools as and when required.
Ensure machinery is kept in good working condition and highlighting any noted faults to the site engineer.
Ensure the stock reports are prepared and reconciled with the stock supply.
Ensure all reports are updated daily, weekly, and monthly and sent to ALL Stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a First degree in Social sciences, Agricultural Science, Food science or any related field.
Any professional qualification relating to operations management, stock management.
Good knowledge of warehousing food products.
Minimum of 4 years experience in stock management, warehousing in an FMCG company.
Must have knowledge of HSE, GMP, FSMS and PPE policy implementation.
Some experience of liaising with shipping agent and port operations.
