Well Intervention Pressure Control Instructor

Join our team of industry experts dedicated to shaping the next generation of oil and gas professionals. 
As an instructor, you will leverage your field expertise to train and mentor professionals in well control and intervention operations, ensuring they meet international certification standards (IWCF). 
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in wireline, coiled tubing, snubbing, and completion operations, along with strong instructional capabilities to deliver high quality training on well intervention operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct well intervention training covering wireline, coiled tubing, and snubbing operations.
Deliver competency-based training using practical and simulation-based methodologies.
Ensure compliance with IWCF syllabus, certification requirements and industry standards.
Provide technical insights and case studies to enhance learning experiences.
Evaluate trainee performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum engineering, Drilling Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience with recognized certifications)
5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in well intervention.
IWCF Level 4 Certification.
Train the Trainer Certification.
IWCF Instructor Accreditation.
Strong knowledge of well control incidents, risk management, and contingency planning.
Experience in training and competency-based learning methodologies.
