Application Development
Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of websites and mobile applications.
Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyse and predict user behaviour.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Availability on non-working days e.g. Sundays and Special events days.
Technology Hub Operations Management
Active participation in preparing tools and designs for coordinating and operating a technology hub.
Reporting
Running and sharing regular application usage report to IT Manager and CTO.
Skills and Knowledge

Educational Qualification
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Relevant Experience (Type and minimum years expected)
A working knowledge of programming languages with at least 2 years’ experience.
In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
Knowledge of programming concepts and languages, such as application programming interfaces (APIs), user experience (UX) design, Python, C#, PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Visual Studio and Plesk.
Experience in web application and design development.
Knowledge of software design and programming principles.
Relevant certifications are added advantage.
