Warranty Manager Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibility :

Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to streamline warranty claims processing.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage warranty claims for failed components and Spare parts.
Provide technical support and guidance to the service department on warranty-related matters.
Manage warranty budgets and expenses to optimize warranty services within budgetary constraints.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to warranties and ensure compliance with legal requirements by OEMs.
Analyze warranty data and trends to identify areas for improvement in product quality and reliability.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree / HND in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in warranty management within the automotive industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret warranty data and trends.
Proficiency in warranty management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of automotive systems and components to troubleshoot warranty issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizati skills to manage warranty claims efficiently.
