Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Warehouse/Sales Support Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, sales support, and customer service.
You will play a key role in managing the flow of products from the warehouse to the sales team, ensuring that our clients receive top-quality service and products on time.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure that stock is organized and easily accessible.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing and coordinating shipments of goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
Customer Relations: Communicate with customers regarding their orders, including order status, availability, and delivery details.
Order Processing: Process orders and manage the documentation related to product shipments, returns, and exchanges.
Report Preparation: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and sales activities. Prepare reports as required by management.
Sales Coordination: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting promotional efforts.
Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety, legal, and company guidelines.
Problem Resolution: Address customer or warehouse-related issues and ensure swift resolutions to meet customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in warehouse management and sales support.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other warehouse management systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
