Job Summary
The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for handling warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while ensuring proper inventory management and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety and security standards.
Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment where required (if certified).
Assist in loading and unloading deliveries.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum of HND / OND or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in shifts and follow instructions.
