Oversee the entire warehouse operation.
Efficiently manage costs associated with the warehouse.
Assuring the quality/quantity of all items that are dispatched to the user departments.
Supervision,training and mentorship of team.
Ensuring all physical stock corresponds to stock balances reflected in the ERP.
Formulation of all Standard Warehouse Operating Procedures.
Ensure that all safety and security procedures are in place.
Ensure that the warehouse is always in compliance with all regulatory/ legal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience in full lifecycle procurement management.
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional qualifications in purchasing and supplies management
Expert level of knowledge in Supply chain management including, but not limited to warehouse management, logistics management and procurement.
Experience working with MS office and an ERP (NAVISION experience will be an added advantage)
Ability to analyse/interpret and present data findings to senior management.
