Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and Stock Management:
Conduct daily stock analysis and initiate POs to ensure Express SKUs maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor stock movements, ensure inbound and outbound accuracy, and prevent variances.
Manage shrinkage levels and ensure proper stock placement to maintain safety and efficiency.
Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Management:
Ensure timely outbound of orders with an efficient dispatch schedule.
Coordinate with 3PL partners to maintain smooth dispatch operations.
Review SLAs and ensure that logistics costs remain optimized.
Compliance and Audit Readiness:
Maintain audit readiness and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
Conduct periodic internal audits and address gaps promptly.
Implement HSE protocols to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
Business Alignment and Profitability:
Collaborate with Demand and Procurement teams to achieve business goals.
Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to safeguard organizational interests.
Own P&L and develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch coordination.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and 3PL vendor management.
Proven expertise in optimizing stock movements and dispatch efficiency.
