Job Summary:
Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for their rooftop restaurant and lounge. The role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a high-energy, upscale environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and seat guests, offering menus and assisting with selections.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide excellent guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and lounge areas.
Support team members in ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
