Virtual Retail Banker

Responsibilities

Engage Mass Affluent Inactive and dormant accounts towards reactivations.
Drive the adoption of active customers on digital platforms and lending platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual engagements.
Understand customers’ needs, preferences, and financial goals to offer tailored solutions that align with the customer’s financial objectives.
Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling the bank’s products, services, and offerings.
Improve portfolio quality through the growth of Current and Savings Accounts.
Implement strategies and initiatives to engage customers and ensure their continued participation and utilization of the services.
Monitor account activity and take appropriate actions to retain customer interest and satisfaction, thus safeguarding against inactivity.
Carry out consistent engagement with the portfolio customers with accurate & and complete capture of interaction details.
Ensure accurate logging and escalation of complaints.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries.
