Job Description
We’re looking for a Virtual Office Manager & Dry-Cleaning Outlet Manager to help us manage the day-to-day details of our Virtual Office, Private Offices, Open Workspaces & Drycleaning Business.
Requirements
A highly organized, detail-oriented, and a process-driven individual.
You probably have the flair for event planning or bookkeeping and because you’re good at logistics and details, and because you like to write lists and work from a checklist at all times.
If you’re the type of person who likes to chit-chat with people and interact a lot, this is the job for you.
Are you “tech savvy” with things like Office, Google Docs, scheduling, email, ordering things online, etc. We seek the services of an extremely dependable individual.
If you’re the type of person who likes “creative” work, where you work with and interact with a lot of people.
This is more of what we would call “organizer” work, and will require you to keep checklists and work through specific processes.
Do you possess the essential and contemporary customer service skills of Empathy; Using Positive Language; Patience; Clear Communications & Continuous Improvement?
Do you have at least a First Degree; Male or Female;
Not more that 35 years of Age;
Work Days : Mondays – Saturdays;
Work Hours – 8am – 6pm.
