Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our team with sales tasks, meeting and social media management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate sales meetings.
Assist with social media management, including content scheduling and engagement
Handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients
Support the team with other operational duties as needed

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
