Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and logistics.
Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s value chain, including manufacturing, distribution, and regulatory compliance.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, business, or life sciences.
FMCG experience will also be considered.
